This lesson descibes how to add a patient’s Vital Signs to an Encounter.

Adding New Vital readings

A patient’s Vital Signs are added as part of an Encounter.

1. Click the “Observations (Vital Signs)” tab.

2. Complete all applicable Vital Sign fields.

** The “Observations (Vital Signs)” tab will only be available if designated by the Encounter Type.
